Bed & Breakfast ranges from £30-£35.00 pppn.

Dinner,Bed & Breakfast ranges from £42-£47.00 pppn.

Terms

Booking. A deposit of 50% of the accommodation cost is required for confirmation of booking.

This may be made by Personal Cheque, drawn on a U.K. bank, Visa, Switch, Delta, MasterCard or Eurocard.

Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of your deposit.

Cancellation. In the event of cancellation, and if we are unable to replace the reservation, the following applies:-

Cancellation within 2 - 4 weeks of arrival date incurs a charge of 50% of B & B / accommodation costs.

Cancellation within 0 - 2 weeks of arrival date incurs a charge of 100% of B & B / accommodation costs.

No Show - In a no show situation the full B & B  / accommodation charge will be levied.

An administration charge of £20 is applied in respect of all cancellations.

Children. When sharing parent's room:-

Under 2 years old : no charge.
Between 2 –12 years of age: 50% charge.

Over 12 years old : Full price.

Smoking, for the comfort of all of our guests,  smoking is not allowed in any of our  bedrooms…nor dining room. 
Smoking is however allowed in our relaxing lounge bar.
